Our History
The founders of MFC have over 100 years of combined experience in business, floor covering installation, and customer service. We began installing in the residential market over 30 years ago and progressed to working for dealers and resellers. Seeing the challenges manufacturers were facing with quality installations, we began consulting with manufacturers to repair sub-standard installations. In 1999 the company incorporated and has made large commercial installations their specialty. Today, our work is found in hotels, casinos, and corporate offices throughout the world and because of our exemplary service, our clientele continues to grow. We have made it our mission to be the best at installing custom-made, woven Axminster carpet. We are proud of our installations and the referrals we receive from Axminster manufacturers. Our superior service, attention to detail, convenient scheduling, and competitive pricing continues to build loyal and satisfied customers.
Our Installers
Our installers are CF1 or C-11 Master Installers. In addition, our installers must meet our stringent Mastercraft standard of excellence, which goes above and beyond the industry standard. Our installers also receive extensive, ongoing training in dealing with the intricacies of woven carpet installation.
Mastercraft has an innovative mentoring program that allows our team to continually learn/grow their skill sets while working on projects.
